Who is attending?
On average, representatives from 155 out of the 180 school districts attend each of the two conferences. 
The summer conference has approximately 500 elected school board members, 100 school superintendents, 45 board/superintendent support staff, 35 Other (Assistant Superintendents, CFOs, school board attorneys, state officials, etc.).
Registration for these attendees begins Tuesday, April 14, 10:00 a.m.

At the summer conference, about 100 business representatives occupy 43 exhibit spaces with "Exhibit-Only" Badges and attend the conference with "Full Conference" badges without staffing exhibit spaces. Registration for exhibit space and exhibit-only badges occurs on this website. A link to the Business Full Conference badge registration will appear HERE on April 14, 10:00 a.m. 

All registered business representatives will receive the attendee list with names, titles, and organizations in advance in an Excel spreadsheet format. We cannot give out email addresses. 

Conference App
GSBA makes the conference app available to all registrants prior to the conference. The conference app allows attendees and business representatives to view the agenda, receive special alerts, post messages on discussion boards, and message each other directly. The app is also where exhibitors and sponsors are highlighted.  Get acquainted with the app and let it work for you. When business representatives make use of the app's features, satisfaction and engagement increases.

Assume all spaces are subject to videography and photography monitoring.

Hotel Information
The host hotel is the Hyatt Regency Savannah, which is set among the shops of River Street, this upmarket hotel overlooking the Savannah River is also 1 mile from both the Savannah Historic District and from Forsyth Park. On-site amenities include a coffee shop, a bar, and an upscale restaurant/lounge with a terrace and river views. There's also a boat dock, a business center, and meeting spaces on the lobby and mezzanine levels.

Our school board members have priority booking at the Hyatt Regency Savannah, and it sells out quickly. To ensure overnight accommodations, businesses should take advantage of GSBA discounts available now through May 8 at the Hampton Inn Savannah-Historic District, which is 0.2 miles from the Hyatt at 201 East Bay Street, Savannah, GA. 31401.
